Nancy Slease named Grand Marshall

Nancy Slease has been named Grand Marshall for the 2007 Milton Harvest Festival Parade, to be held on September 15.
Recently retired after 35 years of teaching, Nancy has lived in Milton since 1972. She and her husband Michael have two daughters and five grandchildren. Ms. Slease currently owns and operates Tomlinson Manor Bed and Breakfast in Milton.
A member of the Harvest Festival since 1978, Nancy is associated with the Princess Pageant Committee since its second year, and has served as an advisor and co-chairman for over 8 years.
Nancy’s other activities include memberships in the
Junior Women’s Club of Milton (past president and recording secretary),
Delta Kappa Gamma Education Society (past president),
First Presbyterian Church (former deacon), and
Warrior Run Education Association (recording secretary).
From 1980-1982, she served as president and campaign director for the Milton Area United Way.
