Sixteen Milton girls will take the stage at the Milton Harvest Festival Princess Pageant on Saturday, September 8.
They are the following:
Gabrielle Adams, daughter of Robert and Mary Adams, will represent the Milton High School Alumni Association. Her advisor is Kathy Venios.
Jeri Anderson, daughter of Addie Lopes and Jerome Todd, Sr., is sponsored by the Milton Booster Club. Advising her will be Joni Powell and Lynn Kerstetter.
Samantha Baker, daughter of Angela Baker, represents the GFWC Junior Woman's Club of Milton. Jean Satteson and Jo-Ellen Fedder are her advisors.
Stephanie Brown is the daughter of Sonny and Kimberly Brown. Milton Relay for Life is sponsoring her with Sandy Muscarella and Judy Rutkowski as her advisors.
Vanessa Foster, daughter of Steve and Alesia Foster, will represent the Susquehanna Valley Detachment of the Marine Corps League. Her advisors are Kendra Danowsky and Paula Young.
Alyssa Gundrum, daughter of David and Tammy Gundrum, represents the Milton Rotary Club. Leslie Robinson is her advisor.
Latoya Henricks, daughter of Harold Henricks and Georgia Hans, is sponsored by the Milton VFW Post 1665. Bonnie Jones is her advisor.
Natalie Messinger, daughter of Traci and Mike Messinger, will represent the Upper Northumberland Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Grace James is her advisor.
Lauren Mitchell, daughter of Gary and Carole Mitchell, is representing the GFWC Woman's Club of Milton. Cara Ulrich and Cathy Callenberger are her advisors.
Tiana Nancarvis is the daughter of Gail McNaight. She represents the Milton YMCA and Heidi Kauffman is her advisor.
Jackie Reich, daughter of Jack and Tracie Reich, will be sponsored by American Association of Retired Persons. Renee Martin is her advisor.
Olivia Rohrer, daughter of Reba and Charles Rohrer, represents Central PA Chamber of Commerce. Her advisor is Sherry Nichols.
Kelsey Ruch, daughter of Beth Ruch, represents the Milton American Legion. Rebecca Bollinger is her advisor.
Sarah Sheaffer, daughter of Dan and Deb Sheaffer, is sponsored by the Milton Lions Club. Cheryl Rheppard and Chris Rantz are her advisors.
Samantha Switzer is the daughter of Mary Rose and Andrew Switzer. She will represent the Kiwanis and Key Clubs, and her advisor is Lindsey Corbin.
Paige Wood, daughter of Chuck and Shelly Wood, is sponsored by the Milton BPOE 913 with Denise Ulmer as her advisor.
Rehearsals begin August 5. All contestants receive a silver charm compliments of Fedders Jewelers. The Princess receives a $300 scholarship sponsored by Milton Savings Bank plus a tiara and diamond necklace from Fedders. The first runner-up will be giving a $100 scholarship from the family of Shirley Loreman.
Chairman for this year's pageant is Sharon Mistysyn. Committee members include Sharon Craig, Nancy Slease, Sarah Turbitt, Becky Fitzwater, and Tracy Ferguson. Make-up will be provided by Carolyn Knepper of Milton, a district director for Mary Kay Cosmetics.
