Rules and Comments

ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETS
STAY IN LINE
Top 10 from last year get front of line position
Mountain bikes will line up at the rear for the start
Course to be marked about a week prior to race day
Medical support will follow the racers
Safety/traffic control provided at main intersections
Filbert Street from Mahoning to Borough building will be closed from 10:00 AM to noon
Race will be monitored by short wave radio
Youth under age 16 must have signed permission from a parent or guardian
